Our Guarantee & Return Policy

We want you to Love your Auralite 28™ products! If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of purchase for a refund. 

 If you are not happy with our Auralite 28™ products for any reason, we will gladly accept the return of your purchases within 90 days from your receiving dates. Shipping return within Ontario is a flat fee of ($ xxx) through our appointed shipment return courier services. An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will be assigned to you for this return of Auralite 28™ product(s). To obtain this return RMA, please contact and request it through info@Auralite28Energy.ca. Your refund of the original purchase price will be issued in the same form as your original payment, less the return courier charge of a flat fee of ($ ). Expect a 10-30 day turnaround for the return payment process after receipt of the returned product. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded. 

 We can only accept returns of Auralite 28™ products purchased on Auralite28Energy.ca. Any purchases from other channels or through distributors/dealers will not be accepted. You have to contact the original place of purchase.
 

 We cannot accept a return of product(s) even within the 90 days of shipment receiving as listed below:- products with wear & tear; products by misuse, alterations, improper care with leakages or accidents. The acceptance of a return is at the sole discretion of Auralite 28™ Energy Products Inc.
