Hi ! I am 72 years old. 8 years ago, had a stroke. Stayed 11/2 months at Scarborough Grace Hospital and Providence Health Care, (Maximum time allowed by OHIP). I was able to walk slowly out of Providence. For the next few months, I tried Acupuncture, Massage, Meditation, Reflexology, etc. It helped at first, but not for long. I continued with Meditation, Walking Exercise. I recovered well, act like 72 years old man.
Three years ago. We created the Auralite Cushion. Everyday, I workout with the cushion for 11/2 to 2 hours. Now I can walk fast, run and rise high my feet. (Before, I cannot walk fast; no running & cannot rise my feet more than 4 inches). Now my body movement & flexibility are much better. I felt my health still improving.

本人現年七拾二歲，八年前經歷一次中風。被送往仕嘉堡醫院。確疹為左腦微絲血管爆裂，令右邊身體不靈活，右手右脚麻木無力，初時寸步難行；期間接受了相關的治療。一星期後被轉送至康復和長期醫護中心。大約經治療一個月，才開始下床學習慢行。我還記得當時學習慢行和踏步的痛楚。出院後，自己嘗試了多種治療方案 - 如針灸，按摩和靜座。但是健康都沒有什麼明顯的改善。
2018年經過藍師兄介紹認識長生學，並且參與成為被調整會員。當年五月參加了長生學初中班培訓。隋後我每星期二，五都回到米蘭中心，擔任義診活動義工。
同年九月份某一天早上，我往雪拔大道路口巴士站途中，望見有巴士將從遠方駛來，我急步横過沒有汽車的對面行人路，後來我才發覺我是提高雙腳慢跑過馬路的。回想三個月前，我只可以急步行路，沒有能力跑步。我很慶幸我能夠應付跑步。自始以後，我發覺身體日漸改善，現在覺得繼續有進展。
過去兩年，因為新冠肺炎疫情，多倫多很多活動都停頓和取消了。長生學活動亦是停頓下來。
我每天都有練功長生學靜座，除了調整其他穴位，特别雙手放在 C3肚臍上下 ，專業中醫師建議，此 C3穴道可以改進白血球和增加 T 細胞。現在覺得身體/健康改善了很多，並且繼續沒有停止提升。身體行動自如，談話差不多回復中風之前；頭髪明顯變黑色(是本人太太之評論) 。
我相信每個人都能受益長生學，只要堅持繼續練習長生學，您將會發覺有特别效益。並認為每個人都有四個「心」:-
信心 - 宇宙能量是光捆的，肉眼是看不見；好像是地心吸力，電流和磁場等等，可以放空意念，讓宇宙能量自然導引過去。
恆心和耐心 - 每個人都必定需要。
善心 - 對任何事物都要行駛善心。包括對他人和自己調整。
行善自己，行善他人，齊來享受人身幸福和健康。
保持心無所求，心無雜念，才是傳遞宇宙能量的通道。

Auralite, a Stone of Balance and Blessings

Auralite-23 is a newly discovered powerful healing stone I recently brought back from the Tucson Gem Show.
At first glance this gemstone looks like shards of Amethyst and could easily be overlooked as just another form of Amethyst. The very first time I held this stone I could sense it was much more. Auralite contains many minerals as many as 23 different minerals, thus its name Auralite-23.
The crystals themselves are structured layers of phantom chevrons composed of, Amethyst, Citrine and a rare form of metamicted green quartz. The minerals Auralite-23 contain reportedly include Titanite, Cacoxenite, Lepidocrosite, Ajoite, Hematite, Magnetite, Pyrite, Goethite, Pyrolusite, Gold, Silver, Platinum, Nickel, Copper, Iron, Limonite, Sphalerite, Covellite, Chalcopyrite, Gialite, Epidote, Bornite and Rutile. Auralite-23 crystals are about 1.2 billion years old, and are now hand mined in the Boreal forest of the Canadian Shield, far north of Lake Superior. These natural crystals were formed during the Meso-proterozoic age, at the time when multicellular creatures first emerged and began to flourish. It is thought that meteors hit the earth and these impacts brought rare metallic ores to the surface, where they eventually dissolved and were incorporated into the growing Auralite crystal.
For those of you familiar with the stone Super Seven, you will notice a similar appearance and energy, yet because Auralite contains more minerals than Super Seven, it is even stronger. Auralite-23 is a powerful blending and balancing of energies. It is said that Auralite can help with sleep disorders and brings one into a state of deep rest and peace. I found that while feeling a very strong energy coming from this stone, I also felt a deep sense of calmness and contentment. Once I allowed myself to really connect with this stone, I felt that it could provide a real benefit to those who hold it and now offer it for sale on my web site.
